If you are into pretty boys of the skinny variety, check out Jung Il-woo, featured in this month’s issue of Vogue Girl (March 2008). In the multi-page spread, the seemingly famished star reveals that he wants to marry someone like his mom. How boring.

We know that Yoon Eun-hye has artistic interests and had even added some of her own handiwork to the set dressing of her previous drama, Coffee Prince. Now she’s shooting her current drama, KBS’s My Fair Lady, which has released the image of a drawing she’d sketched while filming a scene from this week’s Episode 5.
(That explains the print on the page; in the drama, her character doodles during a lecture presented by co-star Jung Il-woo.) Afterward, Yoon Eun-hye presented Jung Il-woo with the drawing of him (or rather, his character Tae-yoon).
Jung Il-woo was pleasantly surprised at the drawing and praised his co-star: “With such a tight filming schedule we have hardly any spare time, but the actors have such great teamwork that I don’t feel tired at all and am enjoying filming. Because Eun-hye noona has a really great personality and is so easygoing, we bonded quickly.”
About his other co-stars, Jung said, “[Yoon] Sang-hyun hyung and I know each other’s acting styles, and we were also good friends before, so it’s even more fun working together. I’ve known [Moon] Chae-won noona from before our debuts, and we even took acting classes together, so filming is comfortable.”
According to a production source, “When the actors don’t have filming, they come out to the film set to support the other actors. They give advice to each other and consult among themselves regarding their characters, so the filming atmosphere is always warm.”

From taking part in “Hi My Sweetheart”, the relationship between Show Luo and Rainie Yang initially was a bit awkward, has quickly heated to falling in love with each other in the drama, their relationship was so good that it had shocked their manager. Rainie Yang also revealed while they were filming in Hangzhou, she had once personally saw Show’s pajamas, it was a pink one-piece short sleeved Hello Kitty pj along with a pink butterfly headband, she was dumbfounded on the spot!
“Hi My Sweetheart” is about to air on November 1st, officially joining the Sunday idol drama war. On 29th of the pre-film event, Rainie Yang mentioned again about how the two did not get along before, it was all because of a misunderstanding, which caused Rainie to feel that Show was a person full of pride, hard to get along, bad temper, not that handsome but is quite a good actor; but after working together in “Hi My Sweetheart”, she thinks this is the first time she actually got to know Show. This is because Show is completely modest, caring, very good attitude, a “very manly” person. After mentioning these attributes, Rainie hadn’t forgot to ask Show, “Does this make you happy?”. Although many people think Show is a bit feminine, but Show stresses, “I may be a bit feminine, but I will be very manly when needed!”
Upon hearing this, Rainie immediately broke out saying when they were filming in Hangzhou, because Show and Rainie were living in rooms next to each other, there was one time when Show and his manager were walking back to their room to get something, the moment Rainie saw Show’s sleeping attire she was dumbfonded! Show was actually wearing a pink one-piece Hello Kitty as his pj, even with a pink butterfly headband on his head, feminine to the max! Show at the side generously admits, his usual pajamas are indeed like that, and is also willing even to fight with the girl he likes because of wearing so.
But what everyone is curious about is since the cooperation of this drama had brought up such good feelings; will there be any opportunities to develop feelings outside the drama? Rainie answers first, she thinks she indeed fell in love with Show`s character in the drama “Da Lang”; when the drama first started filming, Rainie was very “ìron teeth” (very sure) thinking since Da Lang’s image is so funny, there is no way she’d fall in love with him. She never thought the more they filmed and the further she was into the character she loved Da Lang even more. Show also admitted he had fallen in love with “Chen Bao Zhu”; they also disclosed, as long as they’re dressed up as the characters of the drama, there will always be more physical intimacy between them, but once their drama outfits are taken off, there is absolutely no feel between the two.
December 28, 2009, on CTS, Rainie Yang and Show Luo (Xiao Zhu) kissed nonstop in the idol drama <Hi My Sweetheart>! Earlier they filmed a hotel-drunken-bed scene; due to the lack of chemistry when filming the kiss scene, the director requested that they demonstrate “fiercely hit and passionately kiss” in front of the camera. The two can only follow the director’s instructions and kiss like two octopus lips.
According to “Ming Bao,” after the director called out “cut” for the kissing scene, Rainie and Show immediately jumped away from each other. Rainie even used tissues to wipe her lips nonstop saying, “Kissing with Show feels like incest.” She dared not watch the replay because it would have been too awkward and embarrassing. Rainie then again laughingly said, “<Hi My Sweetheart> is the idol drama that I kissed with the most styles; I performed stealing a kiss, passionately kissing, and even forcing a kiss.”
Rainie Yang who has been promoting her latest album 《雨爱》 appeared on set of HuNan TV’s 《节节高声》. Not only did she bring along tracks from her latest album, but also broke certain news when she talked about her love life. She mentioned that she recently had someone in mind, but the guy did not accept her in the end. When the host asked what she felt towards her rumored boyfriend Xiao Zhu Luo Zhi Xiang, Rainie laughed and said: He’s a hundred percent narcissistic person.
Rainie broke on the news on the spot: ‘I can still remember that when I was filming with Xiao Zhu, after his filming ended, he would ask me what I felt about the camera angle just now. I said it’s still alright. He would hurriedly ask me again: No no, think about it again, how was the camera angle just now? I said: I really think it’s alright. Nonetheless, he’d proceed to ask me the same question again and again, and in the end he would sincerely beg you (referring to Rainie) and say: please, I beg you, tell me that I looked really handsome from that camera angle just now.’
From treating each other like air to breaking the ice and collaborating with many kiss scenes in <Hi My Sweetheart> Show Luo (Xiao Zhu) and Rainie Yang’s 6 year relationship took a big twist. Previously the two made a performance in New York, bickering the entire trip; Rainie lost money because of gambling and was called a “bad luck star” by Show.
Show has just ended his concert in New York, for this activity he invited Rainie Yang as a guest performer. She has never been to New York, and has never entered a casino before, prior to the trip he promised to be her tour guide and lead her to a great experience. He specifically took her gambling, after the two entered the casino Rainie acted very excited and curious, but when Show went to use the restroom during a break Rainie lost $400 which belonged to Show, he angrily scolded her and called her a “bad luck star” but she immediately refuted: “It doesn’t matter, you’re so rich anyways.”
She helped him scatter his money, but in return he ditched her. Show originally promised to take Rainie shopping but Show unexpectedly fell asleep because of jetlag, thus she had to courageously go out alone. Even though the two were not together every day, once they see each other they start bickering, even bringing up the years they did not get along, making the people beside them feel [as if they have to converse a years’ worth of topics in ten minutes.]
Although their playful bickering seems ambiguous, as close as they are they both realize that they won’t fall for each other. Because Show’s chain of girlfriends, for example: Makiyo and Selina are both round faced and have a good body, Rainie who has a small face and is a 32B obviously doesn’t suit his standards. But their daily improving relationship is very helpful to their collaboration. Aside from acting in <Hi My Sweetheart> together, they also partner up for the first time in the duet <In Your Eyes>, compared to his duet with Xiao S in 2004 <Love Experts> to today, Show has already collaborated with many female stars such as Jolin Tsai, Kumi Koda, Elva Hsiao, etc. but Rainie gave her “first” boy girl duet to Show.
On January 1, 2010, Rainie Yang will release her new Mandopop album “Rainie & Love”, and her record label went out of their way to invite a horoscope expert to read her horoscope. The result of the reading led to the choosing of holding an album promotional event in Taipei’s famed Ximending entertainment district yesterday at 2:18 pm. Since Rainie drank too much water before going to the venue, she couldn’t help but make a slight detour to use a restroom a temple on the way in order to make it on time. She was so rushed that she didn’t even pray on her way out, but the event was a huge success with over a thousand people in attendance.
When asked if she sought out a blissful marriage future from the horoscope expert, Rainie expressed, “In regards to the experience I had with the friend by my side, I won’t count that out, and I’ll just go with the flow.” For many years, Ranie and Show did not get along, but her recent outing with gagman and singer on the idol drama “Hi My Sweetheart” has blossomed into a wonderful friendship. Rainie laughed and said, “You can’t be friends or enemies forever in the entertainment industry. Xiao Zhu (Show) said that he hated me so much that he wouldn’t even look at me before. But now that we’re filming together, and with my show with him at Atlantic City, I’m optimistic on a lot of things, and there’s a growing sense of mutual understanding between us.”
